RIP Whitney Houston
August 9, 1963 – February 11, 2012
I remember singing this song with my cousin for our other cousin’s 7th birthday party back in 2000. I’d like to think we did a good job, but these two voices are not to be contested. As little a detail that is, us singing her and Mariah’s song, it just shows how universally known and loved she was and will forever be. Rest in peace; you’ll forever be missed, but your music lives on.
